Here i am, retardedly looking at videos of my 5ive's happy times,

In this fast paced world we live in, almost everyone puts on masks to survive.
But how do you know when you're acting so much you're not yourself anymore?
Are you able to face your conscience and say you're doing the inevitable and
did not cross the line till you become unreasonably fake?

There's so many things going through my mind tonight.
After all these years of growing up, i've learnt an important lesson.
You can have 1000 friends, but what's the point if none of them really actually like you?
I'm contented with having not much close friends or cliques everywhere,
because at least i can be sure and say confidently that all of them aren't fake.

You bunch of people, can you even be sure that you're not bitching among yourselves?
I don't give a damn if others want to talk bad about me or backstab me,
as long as i have that circle of friends who would never betray this trust and love :)
Because you know what? You hypocrites mean nothing to me too.

And the funny thing is, i'm not even referring to myself here.
I'm just ranting out my thoughts since a close friend of mine is going through this now.
Really wonder how those people can live through each day,
do they even feel anything at all?

I'm here again~ One week of school is over and its okay so far..

This was taken 2 weeks ago when Lynette & I signed up to bring kindergarden
kids to Hort Part for a day excursion.. The kids are all SO CUTE :D

Day 1 - Demilitarised Zone Tour

This was taken at the airport while waiting for the train to bring us to the arrival hall.

After that we went to our hotel to unpack, rest, and then its dinner time!

Been kinda down these few days, prolly the thought of starting school next week.
Yes this time i actually really dread for school to start, like really really really.
It's my last semester of poly life. & i just don't wanna face the fact that i've to grow up.
To enter into adult life in just a few months' time, it's really scary.
I know i've nothing to fear, for God promised me a bright future.
But its not about worrying for my future. It's just not wanting to grow up.
It's like, i need to be all adult-ish and start acting prim and proper.
Not being able to rely on my parents anymore or enjoy school life with friends.
Besides, i've chosen to go for the retail line. This would probably mean having not
much time to meet up with friends with the long hours that i've to work.
I want a simple life, but it also has its sacrifices.

I. really. don't. want. to. grow. up.

To add onto that, i'm gonna start work next week too, permanent part time.
To earn allowance for myself as well as save up for my grad trips.
And squeeze out time for band since its only a few months' time to MD.
Woah, i'm really gonna be one busy woman.
And time is going to fly past even before i know it. And then i'll graduate.
WALAU I DON'T WANT T-T Not that i'm cursing myself...
But i just want to be a little girl forever can. :(

Had specs recycling in school on wednesday..
It was pretty slack cos we can just do at our own pace and rest when we want to.

Then on thursday had section outing, we had dinner and watched Planet of the Apes.

Been much closer to these bunch of people recently..
I have to say the year ones made me enjoy band practices a whole lot more now.
I can't wait for the korea trip with them ^^

Met bestie yesterday for dinner and retail therapy at Bugis..

Dinner at Chawon Garden on friday evening with Faith & Elene~

I love the place, its quite quiet? Cause the place itself is quite small so it can't get
too noisy and the food is niceeeeeeee :)

Side dishes are yummy, kept refilling the kimchi.
That pancake lookalike thing on the bottom right side is good too!

Bigggg plate of Budae-chang. Filled with ramen, dokbokki, meat, kimchi, tofu, vegs..
I KEEP EATING THE LUNCHEON MEAT HAHAHA DAMN YUMMY.

Hahaha MSTs are over!! And the very next day which is today, i'm working =P

today and this coming Sunday.. Love my managers and colleagues!

It was Nubox's roadshow this week so i'm the promoter for Uniq...

Last night actually...
Wasn't planning to blog but Lynette kept asking me to blog about my hauls.. :D
So i'll just do a quick update before i go back to my notes.. MSTs tomorrow :(

These are my loots from the 3rd day. Didn't take photo of what i bought on the 2nd day.
Also not a lot la, only a bit of clothings from the marketplace.
The blogshop-looking bags only cost like 8SGD lah. The tops are like $5-$7 hahaha.
Didn't include a pair of shoes in this photo.

4th day.. Bought so much that it was a chore carrying them back LOLOL.
A pair of shoes not included in this photo.

Loots from the 5th day.. 2 pairs of flats not included here.
(I just don't think its nice to put shoes on the bed hahaha)

& yes that's all for what i bought while i was away in Zhongshan, China..
Everything seems expensive to me now that i'm back in Singapore.

This is prolly the last time i'm blogging before my holidays end..
Busy busy 1.5 weeks ahead. Tomorrow's the start of IBM camp and i'm flying
off to Macau/China this sunday. And when i'm back, its MSTs the next day oh gosh.
So i guess i should prolly upload all the itouch camwhore photos before i leave ^^

Went to find him after work cos he had to wait till 1am to go airport.
Had supper at White Sands' Xin Wang Cafe.. I think i'll never go back there again =p

Okay so yesterday was Lixuan's 21st birthday celebration at his place.

Today passed like any other mundane day, until 10 mins before I leave school after band.

I'm turning 19 in about a hour's time.. (Already did if i go by KST hiakhiak)
I feel older. & I feel more boring now. LOL.
19's not a nice number to celebrate. It's neither here nor there. 18 or 21's the best.
I can still remember my epic 18th birthday celebrations last year.
Just thinking of it makes me feel so blessed to have such awesome friends with me:)

Sigh, 19. The last TEEN of my life. I need to grow up more.
Although many people always say i look/think more mature than my age,
but I feel that I still need to grow more in many places.
& I want to grow more in my love for the Lord.
It seems like I still can't put God as my first priority in life.
He's always second to whatever's happening in my life,
and I only run to Him when I can't handle the things in life by myself.
This is being self reliant, and I don't like it. I lack faith.

Quick post before i read up on FYP stuffs and go sleep.
No idea why i get tired so easily nowadays ah.. I even went to bed straight last night
WITHOUT EVEN SWITCHING ON MY LAPTOP. JUST SHOWER THEN SLEEP.
Those of you who know me sure know this is like the first time HAHAHA.
Cos no matter how tired i am i will still use laptop awhile to check emails and blahblah.

Okay this was taken on friday! Cos we both ended early and i accompanied Eliz till
its nearing the time for CG to start if not she'll rot for like 6 hours?
I was supposed to go for CG too but last minute got things to attend to :(

Then yesterday after my clinic (yes i've school on a friggin saturday), met my girls!
Best friends outing day~ ^^ Saw so many friends in town its so funny hehehe.
Though we're in no mood to smile and take photos, but still must lah.
Cos its not often that the 3 of us go out together and just eat and eat and eat LOL.
& lucky Ade joined us, if not i think Nise and I will just emo till we die. LOL.

As for today, after 2nd service had lunch at Astons with Eliz! Hehehe.
Really eating a lot this weekend ah.. Enjoying to the max liao lol!
And after i came home, i baked again! Mummy keep asking me to bake for her lor.
So i tried making lemon cake - the rainbow cake version to test out!
Only did 3 colours since its just for testing.

& this is the end product! Regret putting the icing on top, ITS SO SWEET!
And here only got red and orange, cos the yellow layer which i baked the earliest
to test test, got chaotah! So i learnt my lesson and the other 2 layers were successful :)
So many people asked me what the metal thingys were when i uploaded the photo
onto twitter lor. Hahaha, ITS EDIBLE LAH. HAHAHA.

It's gonna be band FO camp in like another 17 hours? Hehe, looking forward.
Time to enjoy and just spend time with friends that i love :)
Hopefully the band exchange trip to Korea in September is successful!

We were on a train together, and i suddenly just hugged her real tight and long.

Happy happy day! Brought mummy to Ju Shin Jung today after her work..
First time i paid so much for a meal but its so awesome that its okay.
Feels mad accomplished when i see mummy enjoying her meal and so happy ^^

Aftermath went to meet HO WEI YI! Been more than a month since i last saw her.
The moment i saw her i couldn't stop smiling, miss her soooooooooo much lah. :)
Walked to Capitol Optical to surprise Venus but she's not in! Was having lunch break..
So Yuanyuan & I walked around City Square Mall first before going back to find her :D
Love her surprised look when she saw us walking into the shop hehehe.

Slacked in her shop for like 3 hours straight! Yuanyuan bought sunglasses,
and I'm planning to get a Givenchy one too but wait for my pay! :D
The manager damn nice lah give us 50% discount leh hahahaha woohoo~
& she gave Venus off 2 hours early too so she can leave with us to go find Dajie!
But she sort of bribed them with gongcha HAHAHA SO FUNNY :D

So before we left to meet Dajie, we walked over to Mustafa and bought lots of food!
My first trip there! I always had the impression it was like a shopping mall,
but apparently not! Its just like an ultra big supermarket hahahaha.

Had real bad mood swings today, & I forsee there's more to come in the next few days.
I get so easily irritated, it's like every little thing annoys me.
I can't remain sane while staring at the playground and thinking of childhood memories.
Even the slight mention of food that reminds me of what grandma always cooks for me
is enough to send me crying my eyes out, it's really bad.
I feel like some mentally unsound patient, able to burst into tears anytime.

First day of internship at Pavilion Optics today..
I was so worried last night and got so panicky.. But it turned out alright ^^
My boss and colleagues are all very nice, thank God :)
And seems like there's a lot of nice food at Parkway Parade eh...
I can already forsee myself buying a lot of food during lunch and dinner :X

Shall sleep soon, after i flip through my notes on refraction..
Forgot a lot of stuffs on doing refraction, especially on using JCC :(
So tired.. Hate the long working hours man seriously.. I guess I've got to get used to it..
Oh wells, annyeong! Jalja~

& i'm missing someone today. Feels so weird whenever i see my phone but have no text to reply :(

Before i head to bed, shall blog about last saturday's section outing!
Went to meet Alan, Cecilia, Tzeyang & Alex at Marina Square's Just Acia.
Madeline also came to meet us there, and we headed over to Marina Bay Sands.
Although it was raining, thankfully we had 3 umbrellas, JUST NICE.
(And the Helix Bridge really damn chio, should go there camwhore next
time when its not raining... *hints*)

We went into Sephora as Cecilia & Maddy wanted to buy lipsticks.

I wasn't planning to buy, so i just tried for fun. Me in pink lipstick & lipgloss.

Cecilia changed to another colour.. WAH DAMN NICE I LIKEY LOR!

Maddy also tried on another colour, looks damn natural & pretty!

So i insist they both get their respective colours because they look so pretty with it!
& i didn't like my lipstick colour so i tried on just the lipgloss instead.
I like it, so i bought too :X

With our happy loots. 3 of us so blurly took with the wrong side of the paper bag
together and didn't realise it until we saw the photos. LOL.

Okay, correct side liao :D

After that, headed over to Teo Heng for karaoke session. Kelvin came to meet us~

So cute, Cecilia actually brought out her Dumbo to hug during the karaoke session.
I know now why her bag looks so big, mystery solved!

HAHAHA.

By the time we finished our karaoke session (which was at 9pm) we were all starving
and planning on going Parkway Parade for our dinner. BUT IT WAS POURING :(
Nonetheless, we still headed over there via bus + walking, lucky ah :D

Had Pastamania for dinner! I wasn't too keen on eating that because i was doubtful of
their quality control nowadays. Thankfully, it was delicious. Or maybe i'm just hungry:X

Last night was awesome.
It's my second MD with SPSB, and i'm really glad to be part of this family.
Having post MC syndrome right now, horrible, really.
Felt the sadness last year, but this year its just different..
I feel it so much more stronger this time round.
I am really going to miss all my year 3 awesome seniors. *wipes tears*
Thank you all, for the joy and laughter you've brought to us,

It's the 18th today..
Exactly one year ago, this was the day of my first MD with SP band.
Now, i'm going to have my second MD in just 5 days' time..
It's scary how fast time flies, how fast my seniors are graduating..
We really don't know how to treasure until we realise the amount
of time we have left :X Emo much.

Went to meet the clique last friday after school as an early celebration for Ade & Matt!
Had dinner buffet at Ban Heng Restaurant, and it was awesomeeeeeeeee!
It totally felt like we were attending one of our weddings though HAHA.

The dishes were free flow so we can just order whatever we want, SHIOKS (Y)

Hello, this had been a really tiring week..
There's band practises every night and i fell sick and blah blah blah.
But today has been a good day ^.^
Tiring, but fun and fulfilling, heehee.

Anyway, i'm super happy because this ring came in the mail yesterday.

All because of Chun......

HAHAHA. Well well, what to do, i had my eyes set on that ring the moment i saw
the photos of Chun wearing that ring for their Shanghai showcase..
And i realised he wore it during the Singapore showcase too, but i suppose i was too
engrossed looking at Jae, miyanhe Chunnie! :D
